Johnson City police are investigating a fatal house fire. It happened at Davis Trailer Park on South Roan Street. 87 year old Francis Tipton died from injuries she received in the fire. Johnson City Fire Marshalls Office will be joining the police department in probing the fire. An autopsy has been ordered. (jb)
