Hawkins County leaders are going to give a contractor another chance to fix a leaking building. The 1.3 million dollar structure was built in the Phipps Bend Industrial Park. The county is advertising the property internationally, hoping to attract a tenant. Joseph Construction has come back several times to try to fix the problem. They plan on sitting down with the county to discuss a permanent solution. (jb)
