Bluff City Man Charged With Attempted Murder
A Bluff City man has been charged with attempted murder. 35 year old Lesley Cole was arrested after police were called to his residence after he attacked his mother and a friend. He turned on police officers and had to be subdued by force. Police found bomb making components and a silver pipe bomb that Cole had thrown under his bed when they approached him. He was taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation and then on to the Sullivan County Detention Center. (jb)
