Multi-Agency Meth Bust
A raid by the TBI, Johnson City Police and the First Judicial Drug Task Force has ended with the arrest of a Gray, Tennessee man. Police executed a warrant at 417 Garden Drive. 26 year old James Brandon Kimes was arrested and charged with Promotion of Methamphetamine Manufacture and having drug paraphernalia. Kimes will be in court today for arraignment. (jb)
