Man And Wife Arrested At Justice Center
A Kingsport husband and wife have been arrested on drug and weapons charges. Kevin Wells and his wife Angela drove into the parking lot of the Kingsport Justice Center. A detective recognized Wells, and remembered him to not have a valid drivers license. He was arrested, and his wife Angela Graham gave consent to search the vehicle. They found two guns as well as numberous pills. (jb)
