Judge Grants Appeal In U-Haul v Johnson City
A judge has granted an appeal for U-Haul in Johnson City. They are fighting to keep the city from taking their property downtown as part of the city's flood mitigation project. The Tennessee Court of Appeals in Knoxville will hear the case. If the appeals court upholds the initial ruling in favor of the city, a jury trial would determine the fair value of the property.
