Tennessee governor Bill Haslam has proposed a 33.2 million dollar investment in Northeast State Community College. He made the announcement in his annual State of The State address this week. Haslam will be at the Northeast State campus Friday morning to address attendees at the Wellmont Regional Center for the Performing Arts. (jb)
