Hawkins County leaders have voted unanimously to place a historical document in the lobby of the Justice Center. One of the documents included in the Foundations of Amercan Law and Government display is the Ten Commandments. County Attorney Jim Phillips informed commissioners in a private meeting that including the Ten Commandments could open the county up for a potential lawsuit. (jb)
