A former Washington County, Tennessee shop teacher accused of inappropriately touching a female student has entered a guilty plea to a lesser charge. 64 year old Estel Lynn Kiser pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He went to trial earlier this year only to end up with a hung jury. Kiser told the judge that he didn't want to put his wife and family through another trial. He was granted judicial diversion and sentenced to 11 months 29 days which were suspended. (jb)
