Police investigators have arrested a Johnson City woman for trying to get drugs by fraud and forgery. Dawn Renee Nickles is alleged to have picked up prescriptions that had been issued to a deceased person. Investigator Frank Peters took her into custody in the lobby of Medical Care Prescriptions where she was waiting to pick up the drugs. (jb)
