Carter To Hold Civil Service Exam
The Carter County Sheriff's office will host the Civil Service Exam on February 19th. The exam will be conducted at 6:00 o'clock in the cafeteria at Elizabethton High School. The department is currently looking for employees for the jail. Applications for employment can be picked up at the sheriff's office. The applications must be submitted to the department no later than February 15th. (jb)
