Roller Derby Fitness
It is one of the latest fitness crazes sweeping through the country. It is roller derby fitness and it is coming into our area. A trained member with derby experience will be teaching a class at Johnson City Family Skate Center. Just like a roller derby player participant will need some equipment. This class is good for those just wanting a new fitness routine or those females who are interested in moving on to the sport of roller derby and need to get some practice in. You do not have skating experience to join derby fitness. It will begin in February on Tuesday and Thursday nights. (CC)
