Fugitive From Justice Arrested
Johnson City police have arrested a Mississippi man, charging him with being a Fugitive From Justice. 30 year old Michael Dillon Jr. was stopped by officers on Winter Street for playing the radio in his car too loud. A check showed that he was wanted in Mississippi on multiple felony charges. He was taken to the county detention center where he is awaiting extradition proceedings. (jb)
