Kingsport police have released the identity of the man who died in the parking lot of Biggie's on West Stone Drive. 27 year old Preston Benton was killed when his car rolled over him while he was trying to fix the emergency brake which was stuck. The incident happened shortly after 2:00 o'clock Saturday morning. Friends tell us that Benton had been having problems with the car's emergency brake and he had to get under the car to release it.
