A resident of Florence Alabama found dozens of medical records from a Southwest Virginia doctor. Police traced the records back to a doctor's office in Norton, Virginia. They believe that Dr. Kenneth Kiser had relocated to the Florence area. The patient records were traced back to Norton Community Hospital and the lab there. Police were concerned because the records contained confidential patient information. (jb)
