Suspected Serial Shoplifter Arrested
Johnson City police have arrested a suspected serial shoplifter. Detectives have charged 28 year old Isaiah Shepherd with six count of theft under 500 dollars and two counts of theft over 500 dollars. He is being held in the county jail under a 21 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
