VFW Busted With Gambling Devices
Hawkins County Sheriff's Department and members of the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission conducted an undercover sting operation throughout the county. Several businesses were cited for selling beer to underage informants. One of the businesses cited was the Bulls Gap Post of Veterans of Foreign Wars. When police served the citations they found video poker machines and tip boards. The commander of the VFH was charged with having gambling devices and will be in court Monday. (jb)
