TOPS - Two Women Arrested In 2011 Murder
Detectives have charged two women in connection with a 2011 murder in Johnson City. A grand jury indicted Ginger Holtsclaw and Ashely Harold on first degree murder charges in the death of Gary Couch. He was found shot to death on Quarry Road. Justin "Puff" Stratton was arrested previously and charged with murder in the case. Holtsclaw and Harold are being held under 100 thousand dollars bond each and are awaiting arraignment. (jb)
