A Tennessee Board of Parole member has recommended that disbarred Hawkins County Judge Jay Taylor serve 100% of his sentence. Taylor pleaded guilty to at least six counts felony theft last fall. The Board of Parole is expected to announce their decision within the next month. (jb)
