The one thing all groups involved have in common is the failure to comment on the complaint filed with Tennessee's board of professional responsibility. Former Unicoi County Sheriff Kent Harris, his mother Kathy Harris filed the complaint against first judicial district attorney Tony Clark. Someone released the details to local media though a call to the professional responsibility board says they never release information on cases but it is up to the others involved whether they release information or not. Attempts for comment from Tony Clark and Kent Harris were not succesful and the board of professional responsibility says even though the report has been released they are not at liberty to comment.
