Jury Convicts Man In 2011 Murder
A Washington County, Tennessee jury has convicted a Fall Branch man in a 2011 shooting death. 51 year old James Henry Allen shot and killed his ex-wife's boyfriend Rick Carter. Judge Robert Cupp sentenced him to life in prison with parole possible after serving 50 years. Carter was standing in the doorway of the Fall Branch mobile home when Allen shot and killed him with a .22 caliber rifle. (jb)
