Police have arrested a Johnson City man and charged him with 15 counts of Identity Theft. 25 year old Benjamin Riddle was arrested after an investigation into a credit card being stolen. He is alleged to have used the card at several businesses in Johnson City. Riddle is being held under a 166 thousand dollar bond and will be arraigned on the charges today. (jb)
