Crash Kills Abingdon Man
Virginia state police say that a 27-year-old Abingdon, Virginia man has lost his life in a single vehicle, early morning crash. The VSP identified the victim as Thomas Watson. He was involved in a single vehicle crash when his Chevrolet passenger car ran out of control on State Route 80 just south of State Route 740. Troopers say they're still trying to determine the exact reason for the accident but that Watson was dead at the scene.(CS)
