Johnson City Police Officers arrested 24-year old Devon Lee Stokes of Hillcrest Drive and charged him with Armed Robbery. That arrested comes from an investigation into the Robbery that occurred on Thursday at the CVS Pharmacy on Market Street. Investigators located Stokes at his residence and were able to obtain evidence from his home that linked him to the crime. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center under a 30-thousand dollar bond. He’s scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Monday. (Bg)
