Four Children Turned Over To DCS
Four children have been turned over to the Department of Children's Services and their guardians are facing drug charges. Unicoi County police responded to a call that came in of small children being unattended and naked near a county road. The four children are between the ages of 4 and 10 were found in the home. Three adults were arrested and charged with four counts of neglect, possession of Schedule VI drugs and having drug paraphernalia. (jb)
