Carter County Judge John Walton has rescinded his order from last week which would have routed all court documents through his bench clerk. County Attorney Keith Bowers Junior met with Walton last week to discuss his order. The judge's intent was to try to stream line the process so those people charged could get on the docket quicker.(jb)
