Man Pulled From Boone Lake By TWRA Employee
A Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency technician pulled a man out of the freezing water of Boone Lake. Russell Young is a fisheries technician with the agency. He came upon the man who had fallen in the water while trying to rescue his dog who had jumped in chasing some ducks. The victim told Young that he had been in the water for about 15 minutes. (jb)
