Detectives have arrested a Bristol, Tennessee man for passing a counterfeit payroll check. Johnson City police have charged George Wesley with Criminal Simulation. He's alleged to have cashed the counterfeit check at Food City on January 14th. The bogus check was made payable to Mr. Wesley. He used his identification card when cashing the check. (jb)
