A Russell County, Virginia grand jury has indicted three Castlewood High School students for allegedly sexually assaulting a classmate. We first told you about the story several months ago. Kenneth Purkey, Jonathan Lasley and Nicholas Kiser will be tried as adults. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for April. The jury trial is set for June and is expected to take three days. (jb)
