Large drug investigation
A 2009 investigation into drugs in several east Tennessee counties has led to thirty two people pleading guilty to various drug charges. The drug arrests led to officers confiscating 300 pounds of cocaine, marijuana, guns, cars, and oxydone pills. The pills were allegedly being brought to the area from Georgia and Nevada.
