A Hawkins County woman has been arrested on charges of TennCare Fraud. 39 year old Emily Henegar is alleged to have lied about her children being dependents so she could qualify for TennCare benefits. If she's convicted, Henegar could get four years in prison for theft of services, and two years for TennCare Fraud. (jb)
