Kingsport police and agents with the ATF have arrested a man on a federal indictment for possession of a stolen firearm. 19 year old Ronnie Hill of Carver Street was charged after a joint investigation by Kingsport and Hawkins County Vice units. Mr. Hill was taken to the federal court house in Greeneville for arraignment. (jb)
