Drug charges against one former ETSU basketball player have been dropped, and the case against another player is headed to a grand jury. A drug paraphernalia charge against Sheldon Cooley was dismissed. Marcus Dubose's charges of possession with intent to sell will be heard by a grand jury on March 11th. The two were arrested after a postal inspector intercepted a package addressed to Dubose that contained marijuana. Both men were kicked off the team last year and have since quit school. (jb)
