A Unicoi, Tennessee woman has been charged with stealing a vehicle in Johnson City. 22 year old Samantha Wallace is alleged to have taken the vehicle from the 3000 block of Browns Mill Road. She is being held under a 10 thousand dollar bond at the county detention center. (jb)
