Lee County Carjacking
A man has been arrested after a Sunday afternoon carjacking in Lee County, Virginia. It happened at the Black Diamond Market on Highway 58 in Ewing. Anthony Caldwell is alleged to have jumped into a vehicle when the owner went inside to pay for gas. He waved a gun at a woman inside of the car and told her to get out. Sheriff's deputies arrested Caldwell after he ditched the car and ran into the woods. He is being held in the Regional Jail in Duffield. (jb)
