Three adults and four juveniles have been arrested and charged in a burglary in West Johnson City. Police were called when the resident returned and found the suspects running from his home. Thomas Bishop II, Marcus Wright and Kiana Livingston were charged with Aggravated Burglary, Theft of Property and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. (jb)
