Judge Revokes Bond
A judge has revoked the bond of a Carter County man charged with vehicular homicide. Randy Julian of Elizabethton was involved in a fatal crash on Sciota Road last year that killed 29 year old Tabetha Grindstaff. He was released last month on bond. In the meantime he has been charged with driving under the influence. He was taken back to the Carter County jail after Judge Cupp revoked bond. (jb)
