The Sullivan County Sheriff's Office responded to the 100 block of Merman Road last night on a report of shots being fired. Deputies heard shots as they were pulling up. Several were fired in their direction. Two adults and one juvenile told cops they were target practicing. 21 year old Christopher Delp and 22 year old Joshua Quillen were arrested and booked into the county jail. (jb)
