It was a family reunion in Hawkins County Sessions Court Wednesday. Two brothers, who are Rogersville most prominent businessmen were there on unrelated charges. Roger Dale Stewart waived preliminary hearing on two counts of reckless endangerment in a head on collision that killed an 84 year old woman. His brother, Rick Stewart is charged with 45 counts of improper record keeping at his pawn shop. (jb)
