Another Arrest In Murder Case
A fourth person has been arrested in a 2 and a half year old murder case. 25 year old Gary Couch was found shot to death on Quarry Road in Johnson City July 30th 2011. 29 year old Anthony Phillips was arrested while at a court appearance in Washington County Criminal Court on unrelated charges. He is being held under a 100 thousand dollar bond. 33 year old Justin Stratton, 28 year old Ginger Holtsclaw and 29 year old Ashley Harold have been charged in Couch's murder. (jb)
