Piney Man Arrested In Kingsport For Indecent Exposure
A Piney Flats man has been arrested by Kingsport Police on indecent exposure charges. A woman told police she was driving on Interstate 26 eastbound when a man driving a white pickup pulled beside her honking his horn and making obscene gestures. She told police that the man was wanting her to pull her shirt up, and that it appeared he was fondling himself. William Lee Blakely was identified from a photo lineup and a warrant was issued for his arrest. (jb)
