A Johnson City woman has been arrested and charged with six counts of identity theft and forgery. An investigation by Detective Frank Peters found that 32 year old Jamie Lynn Hicks took checks from a residence and passed them at Bank of America and Peoples Bank. She is being held in the detention center under a 32 thousand dollar bond. (jb)
