Fugitive Arrested
Police in Johnson City have taken a fugitive from justice into custody. The Buchanan County Sheriff's Department sent word that a man wanted there was in Johnson City. Police located 25 year old David Willis at 100 Carter Sells Road and arrested him. He was booked into the county jail under a 20 thousand dollar bond. Buchanan County authorities have placed a hold for extradition on him. (jb)
