A 30 year old Jonesborough man will spend the next 30 year in prison after admitting to raping his former girlfriend's six year old daughter. Josh Theall was charged with nine counts of rape of a child. A plea deal saw four of those counts dropped. The plea deal will keep the young victim from having to testify in court. Theall will have to serve 100 percent of the sentence. Upon his release he will be placed on the sexual offender registry for life. (jb)
