A press conference is scheduled for this afternoon by Carter County Sheriff Chris Mathes. He's expected to announce the arrests of three people in a double murder in Roan Mountain last June. 54 year old Russell Glen Shell and 61 year old Joyce Brock were found in the burned out garage they were living in. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation believes someone shot Shell and Brock and then set the garage on fire. (jb)
