It’s believed that County's everywhere will see affects to the bottom line from the Affordable Care Act. The healthcare law mandates that if a county employs over 50 part time workers at 30 hours per week then those employees must be offered healthcare coverage or the county will be offered a fine. They say the new Affordable Care Act regulations will affect the number of part time workers that a County can afford to employ. (bg)
