JC Meth Arrest
Johnson City police have arrested a man after finding a one pot meth lab in his motherís home where there were four young children present. Police arrived at a home on Kentucky Avenue where the owner gave police permission to search the residence. They found 37-year-old Billy Ritter at the home and found a meth lab that had finished cooking but not drying. Four children were at the apartment where the meth lab was found. They were not injured or hurt and they went home with their mothers. Police have charged Ritter with four counts of endangering a child along with the meth charges. (CC)
