Sheriff’s officials in Carter County say more charges could be coming in a double homicide case. Sheriff Chris Mathes says three people have been arrested and charged with murder in the case…but more arrests could be coming as this investigation continues… Joyce Brock and Russell Glenn Shell were shot and set on fire at their home in June of 2012…Shell’s son and his ex-wife’s current husband are two of the three charged with the murders.
