A Wise County, Virginia woman has a few more bucks today after winning 250 thousand dollars in the Virginia Lottery. Amy Payne of Appalachia scratched a Big Winning Numbers Ticket that her husband purchased at the Scotchman in Appalachia. She and her husband have no immediate plans for their winnings. (jb)
