Citizens Police Academy
Johnson City police are accepting applications for their next Citizens Police Academy. It begins April 16th. The nine-week academy will consist of 45 hours of police training. It's designed to give citizens a better understanding of what police do through a hands-on approach. Applications can be picked up from the police department. Deadline for registration is April 1st.
